If night clubs condoned left jabs and uppercuts, they’d probably be the closest thing you’d get to Kobox - a flashy new studio in Chelsea where you’ll want to boogie down as you box. The music-fuelled workouts include intense strength training and punching bag combos, so don’t be surprised if by the end of the session, you feel like the champion of the world.
