It's bound to be a toughie, but to reward your hard work, you'll get loads of treats and a goodie bag at the end. Sweet!

This 60-minute session will have you flexing to a '80s soundtrack on the rooftop garden of the Coq d’Argent – so don’t forget to pack the leg warmers!

City is My Playground

City is My Playground

City is My Playground is a movement aiming to turn London into one big climbing frame and save you splashing out on that premium gym membership. To show you what it's all about, they’re running free workshops at the Find Your London festival to teach you how to incorporate street furniture into your daily workouts. Each session will use a mixture of pilates, conditioning and dance, so expect to never look at a lamppost or a door frame the same way again.

Date: March 27, 28 and 29 at 11.45am, 1.45pm and 3.45pm.

Length: 2 hours.

Cost: FREE.

Booking: hello@cityismyplayground.com

Meetup locations include Copperbox Arena, Timber Lodge Café and Pontoon Dock DLR.
