The first of the month usually signifies a pinch and a punch but today a tiny scratch is in order. As part of World Aids Day, Soho's G-A-Y (on Old Compton Street) is hosting its neighbours from sexual health clinic 56 Dean Street while they test Londoners for HIV. They'll be there until 9pm conducting tests, which take less than five minutes, and for every person tested G-A-Y will donate £5 to the Elton John Aids Foundation which is working towards an AIDS free future.

Take the test and you'll be given free entry and priority entrance to see Ru Paul's Drag Race season five winner and brilliant stand-up Bianca Del Rio (who, according to Instagram, has been enjoying our Queen's frocks) with judge Michelle Visage for the G-A-Y Porn Idol finale. So go on, get tested, it's just a little prick!

G-A-Y is at 30 Old Compton Street, Soho, W1D 4UR.
