If you work near Canary Wharf and you’re in need of a pick-me-up tomorrow, you’re in luck. To celebrate the launch of Novotel London Canary Wharf, the hotel brand has teamed up with some ace London food and drink suppliers to give away some tasty freebies on the piazza outside Canary Wharf tube station tomorrow (May 17).
They’ll be kicking things off from 7am with free coffee from Climpson & Sons until 11am, before moving on to free cheese and meat from cheesemongers Paxton and Whitfield and charcuterie specialists Cannon & Cannon. They’ll be dishing up Paxton and Whitfield cave-aged cheddar, Cropwell Bishop stilton, biltong, sausages and beer sticks (which are made from pork, not beer, FYI), from 11.30am until 3.30pm, so you’ve got plenty of time to stuff your face with freebies.
