'Tis the season for pub fires, roast dinners and... ice cream? You might not usually associate the frozen dessert with the festive season, but when it's mince pie flavour and FREE, we're happy to stick on an extra scarf and grab a spoon.
Liquid nitrogen ice-cream connoisseurs Four Winters are collaborating with dessert masterminds The Meringue Girls to create a limited-edition dessert for Christmas. Sweet cream mixed with chunks of mince pie will be flash frozen and topped with crunchy, chewy meringues before being sprinkled with edible gold dust.
And that's not all. To celebrate their recently opened Soho location, Four Winters is hosting a tasting event where you can get their fabulously festive ice cream for free. Just arrive at their shop between 1pm–2pm on December 19 to get your hands on a seasonal serve.
