Don’t look now, but the Salt Yard Group – the folks behind the tapas micro-chain of Salt Yard, Dehesa, Opera Tavern and Ember Yard – is back, this time with Veneta, a Venice-inspired (duh) new spot in St James’s. The new outpost comes replete with a raw seafood bar, an exclusively northern Italian wine list, an outdoor terrace and – best of all – a dedicated breakfast menu, which is new territory for the group (and one we wonder how we ever did without).
What’s more, there’s 50 percent off food at breakfast and lunchtimes until Monday November 7. Half-price burrata for breakfast! Can you EVEN.
