Got a craving for a naughty artery-clogging deep-fried chocolate but don't want to trek up to Scotland? You're in luck. To celebrate National Fish & Chips Day on June 3, chip shop Sutton & Sons is creating the first BYOB (Bring Your Own Bar) night at its new site on Graham Road in Hackney Central. All you've got to do is bring along your chocolate bar of choice (anything from high-end Green & Blacks to Creme Eggs) and you can get it battered for free when ordering actual real food. Dessert sorted.
If you can't get to Graham Road then, there's more chance to have your bars battered from Sunday to Thursday at the Hackney or Islington branches from June 5 to 16.
