The coffee connoisseurs behind Grind have been slowly taking over London since launching the first branch in Shoreditch five years ago. There are now seven branches across the city, but they're going back to their roots to open their first roastery in Shoreditch.

They launched a crowdfunding campaign last summer to raise money to fund the new state-of-the-art coffee roastery, and smashed their target of £750k, with caffeine-hungry Londoners donating a total of £1.3 million. It's now officially open for business, and they'll be using the space to train their baristas and roast their own beans for each of their coffee shops across London.

To celebrate the launch, they're offering half-price beans or ground coffee from all of their branches and online until September 18, so you can get a discounted caffeine hit all week long.
