The longest day of the year landed on Monday, boasting around 17 hours of daylight and perfect coordination with a strawberry moon. With the increased number of workable hours to play with, photographer Tom Oldham set himself the challenge of shooting 24 portraits in a 24-hour period.

The result is a beautiful showcase of east Londoners papped at work at various times throughout the day. The photographs have now been collated into a free newspaper format and they’ll be given out tomorrow morning at various stations. If you like what you see, head to Bethnal Green, Hoxton or Shoreditch High Street stations from 7.30am to bag a copy.
