'Makers of East London' is the latest project from indie publisher Hoxton Mini Press, which tells the stories of 26 people making lovely things in east London. It's their biggest project to date, so they've launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter where you can pre-order the book for £25, rather than the usual £30. Other rewards for backing the project include an invite to the launch party, a letterpress print and various products made by the fair hands of the people featured in the book. It's not being released until September, but they've currently raised £4,115 of their £7,500 goal on Kickstarter and they've still got 27 days to go, so it looks like London has got a lot of love for all things crafty.
