What's your booze of choice? Whatever it is, we bet you only know how to make one cocktail (maybe two) with it. Well, if you're a fan of Campari, champagne, gin or whisky get yourself a ticket to one of the monthly Saturday cocktail masterclasses at Zetter Townhouse in Clerkenwell.
The series kicks off this Saturday February 20, 3pm–5pm with the red devil that is Campari. The team from Soho's Bar Termini (who make some of the finest negronis in town – pictured above) will be on hand to talk you through five new ways to enjoy the trendy spirit. If the bitter aperitif doesn't float your boat, there's also upcoming masterclasses in Irish whiskey (March 19), Sipsmith gin (May 14), Japanese whisky (June 25) and Champagne (July 30). Each costs £40 – which is pretty damn reasonable for five cocktails. But you will be sloshed by 5pm. Yay for weekends!
