Macaroons aren't made with meringue...


@Dennis J  Macaroons are different from Marcarons. Macaroons are coconutty and Marcarons are almond meringue based biscuits with "feet".

The best macarons are by far Anges de Sucre! It's such a shame she doesn't have her shop in West Kensington anymore, but fortunately for me (and everyone else!) , I can still get them online!
