Street Food of the Week: Jaffrey Indian Street Food

So, what are we eating?
A rainbow of vegetarian curries on rice (£5).

Sounds like Glastonbury food to me.
Well yes, but minus the naked hippies. And you'd do well to eat it more often – all those vegetables are tasty, nutritious and will fill you up for hours.

Seriously though, it's way too healthy.
OK, fine, add a pakora with aubergine yoghurt dressing (£2).

And that'll tick off my five-a-day?
Very nearly. If you get a bit of each of the four curries on offer you'll be more or less there. Our favourite was the Thoran – a Keralan dry curry of cabbage and fresh coconut.

Where can I get it?
At Bloomsbury farmers' market every Thursday lunchtime and at Parliament Hill farmers' market every other Saturday.
