As far as Phil Collins is concerned, you can’t hurry love. Or touring, for that matter. But for lovers of melodic soft rock, it’s time to rejoice. Our favourite guilty pleasure has just announced he’s returning to the stage for the first time in ten years.

His Not Dead Yet tour – charming – kicks off next year at the Royal Albert Hall for five nights in June, before moving on to Germany and France.

The announcement comes as the Grammy-winning Londoner releases his very first memoir 'Not Dead Yet: The Autobiography' and a new greatest hits album. He called it quits from music back in 2011, but it looks like Big Philly has taken the time to think twice about going on the road. After all, what's one more night among fans, eh?

The Not Dead Yet tour hits London for various dates from June 4 to June 9 2017. Tickets go on sale on October 21 at 9am.

Until then, read why comedian Ali Brice loves Phil Collins.
