Forget pizza, our new fave Italian carby delight is the piadina. It's hard to get your mitts on these tasty Emilia-Romagna flatbreads in London at the mo, but now you can try them at The Piadina Project pop-up at the Light Eye Mind Gallery on Blackstock Road. They're churning out the sweet and savoury folded delights every day (including special brunch ones at the weekend) in Highbury until March 25 and from March 29, they're moving to the Shoreditch Arts Club where they'll also be serving booze. Hooray!
