Transferring to London from the influential Chichester Festival Theatre after dazzling reviews, 'Half A Sixpence' is a brand new update of the classic rags-to-riches-to-rags-to-riches musical about a young man, Arthur Kipps, who hits the big time and isn't quite sure what to do about it.

Holding on to all the classic numbers from the original 1963 incarnation, including the famous 'Flash, Bang, Wallop', Cameron Mackintosh's revival is powered by 22-year-old rising star Charlie Stemp, an unknown who didn't even know he was auditioning for the main role when he was cast, and who blew the Chichester critics away.

It's booking until next year, but if you want to experience a bit of the magic of tonight's opening night then head over to our Facebook page where we'll be live-streaming it.

At 7pm you can tune in to watch Michael Underwood interview guests on the star-studded red carpet. And then for the main event at 10pm you can watch the last 20 minutes of the actual show live, taking in the iconic 'Flash, Bang, Wallop'.

'Half a Sixpence' is at the Noel Coward Theatre. Until Feb 11.

Watch the opening night on our Facebook page.
