Next Thursday night, Londoners will be able to take an exclusive tour of the Prop Store Exhibition at Odeon BFI Imax – followed by a screening of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2’ on the biggest movie screen in London.
Not only will you be able to check out a whole load of super-cool props and costumes (like Marty McFly’s sneakers from ‘Back to the Future Part II’), but you’ll also be able to hear two talks and Q&As with Prop Store CEO Stephen Lane and their longest-standing employee Tim Lawes.
Sadly, you won’t be able to swing the hammer from ‘Thor’ – but you will be able to ask questions about it. Spoilsports.
Guests will also get a free drink courtesy of Hidden Door, and the night will climax with a screening of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2’ on the Odeon BFI Imax screen – the largest screen in the country. Peter Quill’s helmet from ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ is also one of the props on show at the exhibition.
We’re struggling to think of a more rewarding night out for London’s biggest movie fans.
The Prop Store event with a screening of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2’ starts at 6.30pm on Thursday September 14 at Odeon BFI Imax. Tickets cost £29.95 and include a free drink.
