Think modern vs conservative, pride vs shame, Shirley Bassey vs Allah… This latest outing, billed as Alp's last for the time being, combines elements of 'Alp Haydar's One Night with Maya Angelou' and 'Alp Haydar's Arsehole Whisperer', to trace the story of Alp's latest reincarnation, Maya Angelou's role in protecting him and perhaps even resolve, once and for all, his ever-evolving relationship with his mother, Sharia Law… All that plus wicked satire of Turkey's current political upheavals.
