Many artists these days are familiar with the requirements of funding application bureaucracy – perhaps more familiar than they'd like. Here, five artists who have never applied for Arts Council backing use the body's five key criteria, from financing to audience engagement, as the starting points for 15-minute pieces that promise to 'incorporate at least 10 per cent match funding'.
