Time Out says

Banging beats and delicious food combine at this pop-up, featuring a five-course meal followed by DJ sets and live music

Eating and clubbing may seem like two very different disciplines, but when you think about how popular both are, it seems ridiculous that they haven't been combined in an intelligent, creative way. Doing just that are the innovative minds behind pop-up B-Eats Canteen. Angled as a more intimate version of top London pop-up foodie parties Night Tales and FEAST, the concept of B-Eats is simple, delicious and thoroughly danceable: a fancy but fun five-course dinner, followed by a night of banging tunes, all in the same venue – a former workshop space in Vauxhall.

Music will be house, hip hop, disco, funk, soul and even a smattering of live sounds, with the emphasis firmly on bangers and dancefloor bombs. Party-starting DJ duo The Menendez Brothers will be headlining on both nights, spinning tons of eclectic, irresistible tunes that demand to be danced to. The organisers are chefs and have experience in running food events and festival catering stalls, so food-wise you're safe hands, and there's every reason to belive the soundtracks will be just as appetising as the grub. Speaking of which, the organisers have designed a menu that pays homage to school and canteen food, but given a thoroughly contemporary culinary twist.

At B-Eats Canteen, eating most certinaly isn't cheating. 'Before you know it you'll be dancing on the same table you had your meal on', say the organisers. Sounds good to us.
