I hired the private room Sink for my 30th birthday and it was the perfect size for what I needed, the decoration was quirky and I have to say the staff were absolutely amazing, couldn't do enough for us, I couldn't fault them in anyway! The bonus for me was being able to connect my iPod so we could just have our own playlists and connected a laptop to a projector so we could have the obligatory embarrassing photo slideshow displayed proudly on a screen which included photos of all of the guests and went down really well. I'm so glad I chose here as it made for an amazing party!

I really like the atmosphere of this bar, it’s very chilled and there are free ping pong tables and rent-able beer pong tables to entertain big groups. Always busy on a Friday night and they used to have some good lunch time deals with no skimping on their fajita portion sizes!! The one reason I cannot rate this place higher, is the terrible service time. Ordering at lunchtime when it is almost empty, I’ve been charged the wrong amount, not given drinks and the ordering just takes forever. At night, it’s not much better, be prepared to spend some time at the bar waiting to be served always take a buddy with you or you will get bored!

A cute cafe with some great food options and is cheap (especially when using a discount card).  It does get busy so probably best to book in advance, though even that may not guarantee a table as the reservation system is a bit all over the place.  The staff are generally friendly and serve you with a smile.  There are also some ping pong tables to keep you busy while you wait for your food.

I booked the ping pong area at the back of the bar for 3 hours on Saturday 20th April for my 30th Birthday, after reading bad reviews on peoples bookings being lost, I triple checked that my area was secure and that my guests would have free entry all night! I arrived to find the table had been double booked for the first hour of my booking, to which the bar man tried putting me in the middle of the dance floor telling me that was my area, I had pictures to prove otherwise!! He was rude and unhelpful and ruined my birthday. To top it of my guests were told they still had to pay even though I was told that just had to say my name at the door to receive free entry. This I triple checked to!

Believe the reviews, and don't let this place ruin your occasion if making a big booking! We left early and will not be returning!

The music is loud and the bar can sometimes get cramped with after-hour parties

so came here on a girls night out had a great time cocktails were delightful and the staff were very friendly would definitly recommend this for a big saturday night out

Came here on a Monday evening. Wasn't too busy and was able to get a table for me and my girlfriend. We both had a couple of pints each, the staff were really friendly and even had a go on the ping pong (not that I was any good). Big thumbs up from me and will definitely be coming back for some after work drinks.

Although it is quite local to my office but it was only last week I went there for the first time with my colleagues. We really loved it. Yes, it was very busy as some of the comments mentioned, but what do you expect on a Friday night in a bar in the Central London? That's the vibe about it! Definitely coming back!

The ping pong night here was so much fun !!!!!! Def going back, amazing atmosphere and lovely staff, def a place to check out in Shoreditch !

DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR. They completely ruined my friend's birthday party. Firstly, they said that their kitchen was closed so no food was available to us. After this, they refused to acknowledge the bar tab that had been arranged well in advance. They then refused my friend alcohol, despite having a legitimate ID that was her own, and the bouncer letting her in. An insolent bar man refused to let her purchase drinks and she was forced to leave, along with the rest of the party. They ruined our evening and we hope to NEVER return.

This is a relaxed bar in a cool part of town, but we had a bad experience here with a birthday reservation - and staff were remarkably unhelpful when we tried to sort it out. We had reserved a drinks table and a ping pong table, but when when we arrived our table was already in use by another group. Bar staff refused to help move them or allow us to switch to another, free table. We can cope with that, but when the time came for our ping pong reservation that was double-booked too. After complaints they set up a second ping pong table for us, only for us to be nagged and eventually kicked off by staff around half an hour later. It's a nice idea, but the whole experience was just stress and confrontation from start to finish. Not ideal on a birthday.
