I'm very picky when it comes to where to have fun in Soho, but Freedom Bar is one of those place I always know I will have a good time there, whether we want some where fun for pre-drinks upstairs, or a good place with guaranteed fun music to dance to downstairs.

Great atmosphere, good music, a fun night out! One of my favourite club/bars in Soho. It's all business and fancy cocktails on the ground floor and downstairs - it's all party, stripper pole included, obvs.

This is a very welcome and much-needed stand out from the rest of the gay bars in Soho. Playing a good range of music with a beat, decent priced drinks and excellent management.

What doesn't hurt is a cheeky selfie with Ollie Locke, who was currently partying too.

One of the nicer gay bars in Soho. Great cocktails, good music, spaced well with booths and high tables. Great place to start a night of drinking but not one to stay in all night, also get there early as the seating gets taken fast!

Here for a leaving do, there was a good Friday night atmosphere in the middle of Soho (slap bang between Tottenham Court Road & Oxford Circus). Happy hour finishes at 8pm which is perfect for after work drinks and cocktails are £5.50 each until then. We stayed upstairs, but there were no seats left unsurprisingly so we just loitered by the bar side stepping to the chart music.

Nowhere to spend all night and nothing overly special but good for cheap drinks in a central location.

Ooh la, la! They've had a refurb and it's looking fabulous! For those of us that seem to live in Soho, this is a haven from the hussle-bussle in the late afternoons/early eve before it descends into the hussle-bussle itself! The sofas are comfortable and it's table service when it's on the quieter side. The happy hour offers an good deal on cocktails and the cocktails are rather well put-together. The only slight down-side it the lack of sockets for those of us that have gadgets that are perpetually out of battery. The downstairs bar has an array of entertainment, including an incredible talent night, and also has club nights which are good fun...I have a vague recollection of getting prolifically pissed there, Pornstar Martini in hand, before falling into an uber in the early hours...

Decent place, I have been there around 3 times and always find a good crowd. The music is sometimes hit and miss, do check online what type of night they are falling before you go.

Had a very good time. Club is a little bit packed but music was good from old school house / dance to Beyoncé. Crowd is mixed, maybe a bit young (at least for me) but good atmosphere.

Really nice bar with a fun atmosphere and very good cocktails. Downstairs the club is a little small and overcrowded, but overall a very nice place. Would recommend this place definitely.

Awful place. Arrived at the club happy, excited and up for a good dance, left angry, tired and annoyed to have wasted my time there. The club seems to think cramming twice the amount of people than is comfortable into the place is acceptable, so i spent the evening having to elbow my way though masses of people every time I wanted to go somewhere like the bar or the toilet. The club is so packed that you can't even dance, just nod you head along to the music; people were crammed shoulder to shoulder in the middle of the dance floor...not enjoyable. Staff cleared away full drinks that were left by our group, and served and charged me for double measures of spirits when I asked for single drinks. It seems like the owners just try and get as many people in the club and get as much money out of those people as possible, but don't provide a good partying experience in return. Will definitely not be coming back.

Loved the kabaret show on Monday, really nice venue and good cocktails. Worth noting that you should pre-book a table as it can get busy on other times I have come.

Dear Manager/Owner Please do something with your bar staff. It is not like one member of staff having a bad day – it is a total disappointment. It is very bad impression from almost all guys behind the bar who look like they absolutely bored out of what they do. What they do is nothing at all what you would call hospitality. This was definitely my first and last visit at this place.
