You'll be forgiven if you haven't heard of Manuel Göttsching. The German electronic genius keeps a low profile – don't expect to see him headlining Ministry of Sound any time soon – but his influence on modern-day electronic music is larger than the combined egos of ex-jetsetting house superstars Swedish House Mafia. This is Göttsching's first London show in 13 years, and hearing him perform his colourful, textured, hypnotic compositions – which helped to pioneer Krautrock and can still very much be heard in countless disco, house and electronica .. today – will be nothing less than inspirational and absorbing. If, for some weird reason, that's not enough, Schwarzmann – the combination of experimental deep house producers Henrik Schwarz and Frank Wiedemann – will be playing a set as well. E-bloody-ssential.
