Questlove Presents Bowl Train

The multi-talented Questlove – drummer from top US hip hop act The Roots, producer to the stars (Amy Winehouse, Erykah Badu, Elvis Costello, etc) and respected music critic – brings his soulful, funk and hip hop project Bowl Train to Brooklyn Bowl London. Questlove started BT at the original Brooklyn Bowl (in Brooklyn, obviously) back in 2009 to great acclaim, and although he won't be at the London leg, he's putting us in good hands – those of Benji B, a staple on the London club scene and the man behind the ace, bass-heavy Deviation club nights. Benji and friends will be relaying hip hop, house, soul, funk, techno and more, with videos from US TV show 'Soul Train' aired in the background for some nostalgic musical vibes.
