Stand-up comics Elis James and John Robins have escaped the studio and bring their popular X Radio (formerly XFM) podcast to the live arena. The pair are fine comics in their own right, of course, but together their engaging rapport and top-level dicking about takes the comedy to another level. Fans will delight in the familiar catchphrases and running gags (‘Son of a coin’, ‘Keep it session’, ‘Are you on email?’), and will look forward to the latest chapter in Robins’ autobiography, A Robin Amongst the Pigeons’, written in the style of Tony Blackburn’s ‘Poptastic’.
