[title]
In what's likely to be a fascinating panel discussion, speakers including Clara Osagiede (RMT Cleaning Grade Secretary), Greg Thomson (Unison), Hsiao-Hung Pai (author and journalist) and Jack Dromey MP will examine the world of London's hidden workers. These are the cleaners, porters, security staff and maintenance people who make sure our city works, and who are often exploited, badly paid and badly treated, with little or no job security and, often, no trade union representation.
The event will be chaired by Laurie Penny of the 'New Statesman'. The discussion is free, and advance booking is strongly recommended.
