Carmina Burana & Serenade

David Bintley is known for staging epic, large-scale dance shows. This is his blockbuster version of 'Carmina Burana' a piece inspired by the writings of medieval priests, complete with the stirring, dramatic music from Carl Orff. Birmingham Royal Ballet perform the piece, which plays alongside George Balanchine's technically brilliant 'Serenade', inspired by Tchaikovsky's 'Serenade for String'.
