Part of Performing Medicine: The Anatomy Season, exploring the connection between anatomy and performance, the Clod Ensemble's 'An Anatomie in Four Quarters' puts our bodies under the microscope. The work examines not only our physical structure and the ways we attempt to understand and define it, but also the anatomy of the theatre building itself. Falling somewhere between dance, theatre and visual art, 'An Anatomie in Four Quarters' is a promenade performance for only 200 people at a time, who move to different viewing platforms in the Sadler's Wells auditorium for each scene.
