ENB: Romeo & Juliet

English National Ballet start the year with a revival of Rudolf Nureyev's 'Romeo and Juliet', originally created for ENB in 1977 and premiered at the Coliseum. Nureyev's version is seriously sumptuous, sticks closely to Shakespeare's text (and Prokofiev's score) and beefs up the role of Romeo.
