Former Royal Ballet principal Ivan Putrov (last seen in the Pet Shop Boys/Javier De Frutos collaboration 'The Most Incredible Thing') presents an evening of work focused on the male dancer. Putrov will be joined onstage by the Royal Ballet's Sergei Polunin, the beautiful contemporary dancer Daniel Proietto, Bolshoi Ballet principal Dmitry Gudanov and Mariinsky principal Igor Kolb. The programme includes Fokine's 'Le Spectre de la Rose', a solo from Goleizovsky's 'Narcisse', Russell Maliphant's 'AfterLight (Part One)' and Nacho Duato's 'Remanso'. Putrov will be dancing Frederick Ashton's 'Dance of the Blessed Spirits', not seen here for 30 years and being taught to Putrov by its original performer, Anthony Dowell.
