No Woman’s Land

This dance show is a collaboration between two women who’ve left their native lands: Spanish artist Avatâra Ayuso and Inuk elder Naulaq LeDrew. ‘No Woman’s Land’ was created through a process that unfolded in the Inuit communities of the Arctic. It’s staged as part of Border Crossings’ Origins Festival, which is a showcase for art from indigenous communities.
