Retrospective

Choreographer Mari Frognall and Nutshell Dance investigate the idea of growing up in a new piece, 'Retrospective'. Themes of adolescence, identity and budding sexuality all come into the work, danced by a company of five. The piece uses Makaton, a system of signs and symbols developed to help people with language difficulties, to give the movement underlying semantic meaning.
