Rosas & Ictus: Drumming

Part of the Sadler's Sampled season, offering a Proms-style experience with standing tickets for only £8. 'Drumming' is one of Belgian choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker's most popular works for her company Rosas, set to Steve Reich's minimalist music of the same name (played live by the Ictus Ensemble). It's an intricate and agile piece based on multiplying motifs and canons, with a stageful of bodies in near-constant motion.
