Rosemary Butcher

Rosemary Butcher has been working in dance for four decades and her low-key, conceptual, exploratory work probably gets more appreciation in Europe than it does here. Here she presents a programme of two works under the header 'After Kaprow', referring to avant garde American artist Allan Kaprow. Both pieces look at women inhabiting rooms that bear witness to their lives using a dual-screen installation with which the performer interacts.
