Sylvie Guillem: 6000 Miles Away

Three premieres by some of the dance world's most established names, performed by star ballerina Sylvie Guillem. Guillem has left behind the big tutu ballets in favour of hand-picked collaborations in the contemporary sphere, and at 46 she's still a stunning performer. This programme comprises a new duet by William Forsythe for Guillem and the Paris Opera Ballet's Nicholas Le Riche, plus Mats Ek's 'Ajo (Bye)', set to Beethoven, and a new film by choreographer Jiri Kylian featuring Guillem and Sabine Kupferberg.
