A new collaboration between the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and choreographer Henri Oguike, performing Vivaldi's 'The Four Seasons'. Oguike has always been a sensitive and musical choreographer, so it will be interesting to see if he can breathe new life into this well-known score. He'll be drawing, in part, on directions written by Vivaldi in the original score, such as a note that 'the drunkards have fallen asleep' in 'Autumn', and 'the barking dog' in 'Spring'.
