Wild Times

Simon Selmon's London Swing Dance Society has been teaching the art of swing since 1986 – so they know what they're doing. Wild Times is one of their flagship nights with beginners and intermediate Lindy hop and authentic jazz dance classes followed by social dancing. Classes (especially the beginners one) are large, but the dancing downstairs afterwards is full of friendly faces and good for newbies because it's dark and crowded enough not to feel as if you're on display. There's a Thursday event, the Holborn Hop, at the same venue, which is quieter.
