Let's Rock the Moor started in 2009 as a charity concert, but was a reasonable enough success, so they decided to turn it into a fully-fledged mini-fest that'll be headlined this year by the '80s MOR popster behind 'Never Gonna Give You Up', Rick Astley, who's now 45 but still managed to bag the 'Best Act Ever' title in the 2008 MTV Europe Awards.
