Foo Fighters, Black Eyed Peas, Tinie Tempah, Plan B, Nicole Scherzinger, Jessie J (May 14), Lady Gaga, My Chemical Romance, Bruno Mars, The Script, Taio Cruz, Olly Murs (May 15) Radio 1's Big Weekend has grown from the 10,000 capacity One Big Sunday, to a two-day festival with 30,000 attendees across the weekend. Each year, lucky winners of the free tickets get to see the best in UK and international music at a secret lcoation that changes annually. This May Queen Gaga, a titan of pop music who rules the charts with an iron (or vinyl, or hematite, or whatever she's made out of) fist, graces Radio 1's Big Weekend main stage, in what is undoubtedly going to be a spectacular show. Plus, rawk Gods the Foos headline night one with their stadium-slaying mix of hook-filled, '70s-style pop, sleek nu-metal and classic, riff-stacked rock. In order to be in with a chance of winning tickets you have to register by April 7 and, unfortuantely, can only attend one of the days. Tickets will be allocated at random.
