The parade of Irish floats begins its amble from Green Park, along Piccadilly and down to Trafalgar Square at 12noon with marching bands, dancers and community representatives. In Trafalgar Square, where Damien Demspsey headlines on the main stage, which will be compered by comedian Patrick Kielty, there will be music and dance on stage, as well as other activities and events including Irish ceili dancing and a mass singalong of Irish songs. The Mayor's website has a list of St Patrick's week festival events taking place across the capital.
