The luxe cinema in Selfridges is the perfectly-positioned respite from the tribulations of Christmas shopping. The programme boasts all the usual December favourites, including Home Alone, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Elf, It’s a Wonderful Life and Love Actually, and there’s a seasonal flavour in the shape of special festive hot chocolates and a Christmas movie trivia night on December 17. If you really want to push the boat out for this year’s celebrations, hire one of the cosy screens for a screening of your favourite Christmas movie.
