By the time you get settled in one of the salon’s clever loungers (designed to make hair-washing less of a neck-cricking ordeal) it would be easy to have convinced yourself you were here to get red-carpet ready for your fictional film premiere, rather than for a quick mid-week pick-me-up.
The illusion continues throughout the rest of the experience. The salon is chic and richly polished. The huge mirrors flatter and the products soothe while attentive stylists are invested in turning the knottiest mane into a A-list masterpeice. Treatments, colour and restyles are all available here, but you can’t beat a blow dry (plus it’s kinder on your wallet, starting at £42). By the time you leave your hair is guaranteed to be as glossy as the salon itself.
