Time Out says

With it's striking black and red design and sleek fittings, this state-of-the-art gay gym and sauna looks more like a club than a traditional fitness centre. The sauna occupies the lower two floors and features two giant steam rooms, two Turkish hot rooms, a 14-man jacuzzi, large stylish chill-out room with TV and Wi-Fi, two video lounges and a maze of innovative and striking cabins, some with two-way mirrors for the exhibitionists among you. Spa treatments include hot stone massage and spray tanning. Every Wednesday and Saturday the venue hosts a foam party, complete with DJs.

Terrible place, the floors are slippery, especially the staircases and there are lots of them, staff is hard to find, and if you never been before it's hard to locate things, the whole place is not very clean and smells a bit, there's tons of guys on crystal meth (have you ever tried to have sex with a guy on meth? It's pretty lousy), I actually wonder how they don't break their neck in there considering the place is a complete health hazard, the lockers in the changing rooms are tiny, the guys at the reception are ok, it looks more modern than chariots but at least there's plenty more guys in chariots and the housekeeping is neat , I've been to sweat box 3 times in two years and I'll never set a foot there ever again

Horrible place. Guy at the door was very rude, cold and unwelcoming. The place is dirty and smells bad. The clientele are full of attitude. Worst place I've been in London. Avoid.

Dirty and dark place. Near saunas is missing small pool with cold water, second steam room was out of order. Number of showers is too small. Floor in saunas is really dirty with sticked old chewing gums. I recommend enter only with galosh. Jacuzza is dark with small red light and I can't see the quality of water. Steam room is OK. There are very, very smalll boxes in changing-room. Especially in winter... Guys are not best. Mostly age: 28 - 42 y.o.

It is a good place, mainly for its location. The place is ok, a bit chill downstairs. The locker are small and old. You may have fun, but it is also full of people losing time.

I had anyway some good experiences that I'll write in my blog.

I went to sweatbox on Saturday the guy at the door was very rude, later I found out that he is a massuare, a French speaking guy, he was extremely stupid. Ask me to through my gum outside while the other French black guy was eating his food on the table of reception. Both of them were arugant. I go there to have fun but when I c him he just pisses me off. The other staff are good

i want this place to be the best. however there are a number of concerns. it cud be more fragrant. poor showers at times so called foam parties are often non existent and even if u ask when the foam is due to appear the staff if u can find them promise that it will be on soon nd yet it never comes on. staff at door can be unfriendly and ignorant. one gets impression that they dont do much house keeping. tea should or could be freely available. both steam rooms shud work but its pot luc if they are. the staff are hard to locate in the building especially in the reception area. toilets need to be monitored frequently and kept clean. pricing structure fine. rude and intolerable manager with big attitude characteristically symptomatic of people in london. i cud go on but i am gettin tired. cud be a nicer place.

I went to Sweatbox on Monday around 9pm. It was quite busy, both at the door and inside. Many hot young dudes. I got compliments and was hit on from the moment I started to undress. :) However, there was not as much action as you would have expected. Everybody were just going around trying to find someone special. I hocked up with 2 guys and a group action in the sauna. It was quite good. As midnight was approaching it became quite empty. I should have come there earlier. I definitely recommend it, and will go back as soon as I return to London.

Never been to a place with ruder more abusive staff. I went with my partner on the Monday nigh where U25's get free. The place was filthy and just full of old men hoping to find the non existent U25's. Right from start to finish the staff give off a horrible vibe, which is probably why this well situated venue has turned into a disgusting cesspit! In a city that's full of world class saunas, do yourself a favour and pick somewhere other than here!

Very disgusting place! Small, dirty, stinky! Condoms in jacuzzy.I went there on 17.05.2016

Slippery, steam sauna sleazy on the floor, stank after piss ... 2 days before I went to chariots in vauxhall ... it was unfortunately not better
