full disclosure -- I do not have a membership here. I wish I did. I came here for a spin class that was being offered via Time Out. It was great workout with the instructor being encouraging but not overly aggressive. The locker rooms were a haven, seriously I just wanted to move in. :: sigh::

So if you are lucky to have a membership, I am giving you the stink eye. Else, I highly recommend keeping an eye out for a class offering.

I only joined for weekends which is Fridays 2pm onwards and all Sat-Sun.  I mainly joined for the pool which is only 20m and 3 lanes.  I haven't yet tried the gym floor and the classes but I like what i have used.  I just wish that slow swimmers did not get in my way!  Actually i just wish the pool was bigger with less users.  I LOVE the steam room!  But again I don't like sharing and it's unisex which is understandable but at the same time, awkward!

If you're looking for a glamorous gym with ace classes, top facilities and a pool, Third Space is a great bet. Admittedly, it's on the pricier end of the scale, but when you do the maths, you end up paying £10 a visit if you go at least 3 times a week. That ain't bad when classes at other studios go for nearly £20 quid (and you don't get a pool or spa).
