Venues in Kingston upon Thames including the Rose Theatre, Market House, All Saints Church and Dorich House Museum, as well as various outdoor locations, host this festival showcasing the work of youth arts organisations and young producers. The festival kicks off with a week of participatory projects (Jun 29-Jul 5), many of which feed into subsequent performances and displays of theatre, dance, visual arts, film and circus. Among the 350 events on offer are the 'Opening Night' variety concert (Jul 6) and the 'Kinetic Visions' dance night (Jul 14) featuring choreography by Rambert Dance Company, Ballet Boyz and others. There's also 'The Birdies' short film festival and 'Circus Suburbia'. See the website for information about how to participate in the workshops and for performance details.
