Okido Party on the Beach

Taking the kids to the beach without even having to dig out the swimming costumes sounds likes an impossible dream, but this plant-focused day of gardening, singing and and crafting for children aged three and over takes place in Doodle Bar's riverside beach area in Battersea. The party's host is Okido, an arts and science magazine for three-to-eight-year-olds, and their latest issue will be on sale, as well as back copies, T-shirts and doodle books. Healthy lunch options will be available, as will a number of science lessons in the guise of fun. Choose from four workshops in each of the two sessions, which will run from noon-1pm and 2pm-3pm.
