These free workshops for children and young people will look at multicultural influences throughout history, telling inspirational stories of characters from a variety of cultures and eras. The two-hour sessions will include a range of art-based activities such as drawing, storytelling, short films and t-shirt printing. Subjects include 'The Lost Black Tudors' (Aug 20, 23), 'Multicultural Life in the Victorian Following on to Edwardian Eras' (Aug 27, 30) and 'People of Colour in the First World War (1914-1918)' (Sept 6, 20).
