Mind and Body: Family Fun Day

C&I host their third annual open day with a bouncy castle, archery and face painting for the kids, plus live music, Bollywood dancers and magician Tariq Knight for everyone. The Met, mounted polic and fire brigade will also have stalls, and there are tours of the St Pancras Hospital's art gallery, where work by veterans will be displayed. From a health perspective, you can enjoy yoga and massage tasters, as well as asking the Trust's experts questions about health and wellbeing.
