Time Out says

Things are getting lit across Royal Museum’s Greenwich this half term. The south London institution will be brightening up the dark autumn nights with lots of events focused around light, from exploring UV in the polar regions to family-friendly light games. Highlights include ‘Finding Diwali’ (Oct 22) – a celebration of the Hindu, Jain and Sikh Festival of Lights featuring a beautiful lantern parade through Greenwich; ‘Shadow Creations’ (Oct 23) – a shadow puppetry display; ‘The Light Side of the Moon’ (Oct 27) – a workshop exploring how light can create images taking inspiration from historic photography; ‘Guiding Lights’ (Oct 28) – a day of workshops and learning about lighthouses.

All events are free and take place in the Learning Space of the Museum unless specified. Check out the full programme here.
