Movement & Meditation in the Park

Hosted by The Velvet Journey. Join other like-minded gay men for an inspirational morning of movement and meditation. These health focused mornings are designed by fitness professional Will Pike and life coach Tony J Selimi. You will be led through a series of activities combining gentle warmup movements, energising exercises and calming yoga, to support you in leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle, through a series of exercises designed to awaken your muscles and stretch your body.
